How does pricing work?

On top of that, a per-lead fee applies for every qualified conversation we deliver to your inbox. That keeps our incentives aligned with yours: we only earn more when you get results. Is there a setup fee?
No separate setup fee. Domain registration, DNS configuration, inbox warmup, list building, and copywriting are all included in your monthly retainer.
How long does the engagement last?
We recommend at least three months. Cold email compounds over time. The first month is setup and initial sends, the second is optimization based on real data, and by the third you start seeing consistent pipeline. Short engagements rarely show what the channel can actually do.
What do I need to provide?
We need background on your business and ideal customer, and a look at your best existing clients to inform targeting. Beyond that, we handle everything: domain registration, infrastructure setup, list building, and copywriting.
When will I start seeing results?
The first emails go out 3 to 5 weeks after kickoff, once infrastructure is set up and inboxes are warmed. Replies typically begin coming in within the first few days of a live campaign. Expect the first meaningful pipeline contribution around month two.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No long-term contracts. We ask for 30 days notice to wind down active campaigns cleanly and hand off anything you need.
