Fox Outreach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates foxoutreach.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage with our services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

- Business name, phone number, and other details you share during onboarding or strategy calls
- Payment information processed securely through our third-party payment processor (we do not store card details)
- Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback you submit to us

- Pages visited, time spent on site, and referring URLs
- Cookie and tracking data (see Cookies section below)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Cold Email and CAN-SPAM Compliance
As a cold email agency, Fox Outreach operates in full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. All outreach campaigns we manage on behalf of clients:

- Honor opt-out requests promptly within 10 business days

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These third-party sites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites. Inclusion of any third-party link does not imply our endorsement. If you navigate away from the Site to a third-party website, these terms no longer govern and you should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of that site.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our website and delivering our services, including:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Email and CRM platforms
- Analytics providers (Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation — see Cookies section for details)
These parties are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
Data Processing for Clients
When clients share contact lists or other personal data with us to run an outreach campaign, we act as a data processor on their behalf and process that data only as instructed by the client and for the purpose of delivering our services. User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site and your use of our services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not currently collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the CCPA) in a manner that would trigger the right to limit its use, but we honor this right if that changes.
This policy discloses the categories of personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed to service providers (see Information We Collect and Third-Party Service Providers above) within the preceding twelve (12) months.

How to submit a request:
The designated method for submitting any of the requests above is email to hello@foxoutreach.com. As a business that operates exclusively online, this is our designated method for receiving requests under the CCPA.
How we verify requests:
Before fulfilling a request, we take steps to verify your identity appropriate to the sensitivity of the request. This typically means matching the email address or other identifying details you provide against the information we already hold about you. We may ask you to confirm additional details if we cannot verify your identity with reasonable certainty. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny the request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
